that is essential and basic, but nonetheless special.
Artisan bread is perhaps even more special. Made with
our unique artisan starter, artisan breads are individually
hand-shaped and hand-scored and come in an array of loaves
and flavors, such as mellow or sharp cheeses, piquant Greek
olive or fresh herbs.
Choosing a loaf of artisan bread is not unlike choosing
a fine wine. Color, taste and texture can vary depending
on the ingredients and techniques used by the baker.
Is
it a light bread with a delicate taste? Or is heaver,
with a deep, strong flavor? Knowing what makes good
artisan bread comes down to an evaluation of a loaf’s
crust, crumb and craft how it plays upon the senses.
We provide international and local hotels and restaurants
with customized bread. We bake and deliver 3 times a day,
so your customers can enjoy fresh and tasteful bread.

Rosemary & Onion
Focaccia
Made with our mild artisan starter, it has a soft, moist
crumb laced with olive oil, flecks of rosemary and pockets
of melted Asiago cheese On top, thin rings of caramelized
onion are backed into the golden crust.
Honey Wheat
Sweet and hearty this mild wheat bread tastes of honey
and molasses and its soft crust and crumb make it great
for sandwiches.

Nine Grain
Made with cracked whole wheat, rye and corn meal, oats,
rice flour, soy grits, barley flakes, millet and flaxseed
plus molasses for a semisweet taste. Available in loaf.
Tomato Basil Fetta
A sourdough-based bread made with tomatoes and basil
and fetta cheese, topped with sweet walnut streusel.
Available in XL Load.
Cinnamon Raisin
A light raisin bread made perfect with a swirl of cinnamon,
sugar and molasses.
Available in loaf.

Artisan Sesame Semolina
Enriched durum and semolina flours create the golden yellow
crumb, topped with sesame seeds. Available in Demi, Loaf
and Miche.
Artisan Multigrain
Nine grains and sesame, poppy and fennel seeds blended
with molasses, topped with rolled oats. Available in Loaf
and Miche.
